A project officially begins only after both parties have agreed on the project scope, pricing, and terms.

4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request.

If the project requirements change after approval, additional costs or revised timelines may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate project information
  • Feedback within a reasonable timeframe
  • Necessary access to hosting, domain names, or third-party services when applicable

Project delays caused by missing information or delayed feedback may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of the content they provide.
  • DeepInAll retains ownership of any proprietary tools, reusable code, templates, design systems, and development methods used during the project.
  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and project deliverables specifically created for their project, excluding third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, or licensed assets.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may include or rely on third-party products or services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, analytics platforms, plugins, or software developed by other companies.

DeepInAll is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, licensing terms, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Maintenance & Support

Unless included in a separate maintenance agreement, project completion does not include ongoing maintenance, content updates, technical support, or future modifications.

Additional support may be provided under a separate agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeepInAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Website downtime
  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures
  • Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of revenue or profits

The total liability of DeepInAll shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during a project will be treated with appropriate care and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

11. Portfolio Rights

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion, DeepInAll reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

Confidential business information will never be published without permission.

12. Termination

Either party may end discussions or negotiations before a formal agreement is signed.

For active projects, termination conditions will be governed by the agreed project contract or proposal.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes.

DeepInAll is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external websites.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
